Awesome stay!
Clean,building just next to JR Tokyo station,friendly staff,well facilities (laundry machine,gym,ice machine,TV with youtube and Netflix,room service,bathtubr in the room),walkable distance to Pokemon center at Nihonbashi, underground street for shopping and restaurants.I’d like to compliment to all staff who help my daughter who fell and injured her head on 5th June night to Emergency Department at Tokyo University Hospital in time,Thank you so much for your help! My family will definitely come back here again!

Worth it for the location, otherwise below average for Japan
Location (take Nihombashi exit from Tokyo Station), fantastic views from station side rooms including the bathroom, clean with comfortable bed and choice of pillows
As others have said, the rooms are poky (bed against wall) and very dated. Very few power sockets - we had to boil the kettle in the bathroom. You’re paying for the location - in other Japanese hotels we had far superior rooms for this price (about £230 per night)
